When a document is signed using Vaultie we encrypt that document and tether it to a blockchain. This means that the document and its signatures, including the facial verification and time-stamp, are stored in a way that makes the document unalterable and stored forever. Making the digital version a verifiable Original Copy
Anytime you print, copy or email your document there will be a QR code in the bottom corner that can be scanned using the Vaultie app (links: Apple, Google). Scanning that code will lead you to our Authenticity Report, which is a real-time test of the authenticity of the document and can link a user directly back to the original for their own inspection. This makes every copy of the document a certified true copy
