To send out documents for signature you need to create a new folio, upload your documents in PDF format there, and assign signatories. Your signatories don't need to have a pre-existing account with Vaultie.
To begin the process, click Start new folio button in My folios section.
You will need to upload the documents you would like to sign and add signatories on the next page.
Start creating new folio by adding signatories. To add a signatory press Add signatory button. You will see a modal window with a form for a new signatory.
Type a signatory's email if you are inviting a new one, or you can type their name if you have signed a document previously and they became your contacts. You can optionally request remote KYC collection by checking Collect KYC information box. Enabling this will require the signatory's consent to share ID verification data with you. Once you are done, press Add signatory button to add signatory to the list.
If you need to edit the information you entered, click on the pencil icon. If you want to remove the signatory completely, click the X icon.
Now, let's upload some documents. You can do it either by clicking the Browse button to choose from your computer or drag and drop them to this area. You can optionally set the name for the folio otherwise it will be named after the first document you upload. Any number of files can be uploaded.
When you are finished uploading the documents and adding signatories, click Next in the top right corner to proceed to Place fields page.
Start by dragging desired signature fields and placing them onto the document. You can switch between signatories by clicking on them. The signature fields in the list will change their color according to the color of the selected signatory.
Repeat dragging out signatures for every signatory and press Send button in the top right corner.
Enter your password to confirm the transaction and encrypt the document.
Congratulations! You have successfully sent out the documents for signature.
